• No child sexual exploitation material (CSAM).
• No instructions for wrongdoing (e.g., how to build weapons, evade law enforcement, or facilitate hate crimes).

3. Keep It On-Topic

• This is a self-improvement and learning community.
• Discussions should relate to the app’s courses, personal growth strategies, or respected thinkers.
• Off-topic spam, adverts for third-party services, or chain messages will be removed.

4. Intellectual Property & Attribution

• Share only what you own or have permission to share.
• If you quote or adapt someone else’s work, link back to the original source.

5. Privacy & Personal Data

Do not post private information—yours or others’—such as personal addresses, phone numbers, private documents, or financial details.
